GUARANTEED UNIVERSITY ADMISSION
By understanding the expectations of our partner universities we have been able to arrange special acceptance agreements. In order to qualify for access to the majority of our partner universities without a TOFEL score, you must have successfully completed the Academic Preparation course at EC Boston.
There are 2 pathways to gaining admission to our partner universities and colleges:
Concurrent EnrolmentThis pathway to university is suitable if you have sufficient academic qualifications to attend university, but need to improve your English. You will apply for your I-20 through the university, but begin your studies at EC Boston. Upon successful completion of the partner universities required level of English you will be guaranteed admission.
Conditional AdmissionThe second option available, if you are academically qualified, is through conditional admission. Partner universities and colleges will send you a letter of acceptance guaranteeing admission upon your successful attainment of their required level of English. If you are conditionally admitted to a partner university or college you will receive your I-20 from EC Boston.
Remember, you can always decide to join a university access path after starting your english course with us at EC Boston.
Academic Preparation
To fully prepare you for life in an American university, you can attend our Academic preparation course. Successful completion of this course is required for acceptance by the majority of our partner universities and colleges. During the course you will learn the key skills and techniques needed to succeed on your chosen degree programme. Through classroom exercises such as debates, presentations, internet and library research, you will refine your ability to communicate effectively in a university setting.
- Minimum level required: Advanced level
- Course Duration: 4 weeks +
- 30 lessons/22.5 hours per week
- Max 14 students in class
University Placement
All EC Boston students can ask for advice regarding how to apply to an American University or College. Our experienced placement advisors will guide you through the application process, provide free assistance fro admissions essays and develop your interview skills. With guaranteed admissions to our partner universities and Exam and Test preparation courses, EC Boston can help you reach your English language targets in order to achieve your academic goals.

Bay offers 2year associate degree programmes in management, business, accounting, entertainment, fashion, physical therapy, travel and hospitality and more. A 4 - year bachelor's degree in business is also available.

Berklee offers 4 - year degress in performance, muisc education, jazz composition, music production & engineering, film scoring, music synthesis, music therapy, contemporary writing & production, song writing and professional music.

Boston Architectural College (BAC)
BAC is minutes away from EC Boston and offers master's degree programmes in architecture and interior design. Certificate programmes in design- related fields, as well as courses and seminars for both professional designers and the general public are also available.

Bunker Hill Community College (BHCC)
BHCC has seven campuses in Boston abd offers more than 65 associate's degree and certificate programmes. Students from over 90 countries have chosen the BHCC for its culturally diverse student body, convienient location and variety of course choices.

Cambridge College
Cambridge College is located just 10 minutes from EC Boston and offers diploma, bachelor's and master of management degress. With approval, qualified students may attend some Cambridge College classes while completing their EC Boston studies.

Johnson and Wales
Johnson and Wales University, just out side Boston, welcomes students from over 90 countries and offers degree programmes in business, hospitality, culinary arts and technology. 4 campuses offer 47 degrees at undergraduate, graduate and doctoral levels.

UMASS offers bachelor's degree programmes in approximately 90 fields of study, including business, science, engineering, education, art, psychology and many more.

Nichols College
Nichols offers 17 undergraduate programmes to international students including: management, marketing, finance, general business and history. Qualified international undergraduate students also enjoy a generous scholarship program. An MBA and Master of Organizational Leadership programme are also available for international students. Nichols College is situated just outside Boston.
