EC Boston has a unique test preparation program which not only prepares international students for success on the GRE / GMAT test, but also to meet the challenges of graduate study in the U.S. You will have GRE or GMAT preparation designed specifically for international students.

GMAT Preparation course

The GMAT (Graduate Management Admission Test) is required by most United States MBA program and some Masters of Management courses. If you would like to study in an American university which requires a GMAT score, this course will fully prepare you for all areas of the test. The GMAT tests verbal, mathematical, analytical writing and critical reasoning skills.

GRE Preparation course

GRE (Graduate Record Exam) is required by most United States college and university Graduate programs in the sciences, social sciences and humanities. Should you require a GRE test score, EC Boston’s GRE course will provide you with the exam techniques needed to achieve top scores. The GRE tests basic verbal and mathematical skills along with analytical writing skills.

Course Options

4 weeks - GMAT/GRE Crash Course

If you need good results in a short period of time, try taking a 4-week crash course. On this course you will study 10 lessons per week of specific exam preparation along with 20 lessons of General English per week. In these English lessons you will practice academic skills such as high level writing, presentations, debates and negotiations so that you have no problem navigating the culture of U.S. graduate school.

Schedule:
GMAT: Mon-Fri 9am-12:30pm, Mon-Thur 3:30-5:30 and Friday 1-3pm
GRE: Mon-Fri 9am-12:30pm and 1-3pm

8 weeks - GMAT/GRE Preparation Course

On this course you will study 10 lessons per week of specific exam preparation. In addition to specific exam preparation lessons, you are required to study for 12 lessons per week in guided study, during which you will have access to EC's extensive selection of self study materials. Guided study hours with the teacher are at times convenient to the student.

GMAT: Mon-Thur 3:30-5:30 and Friday 1-3pm
GRE: Mon-Fri 1-3pm

12 weeks - GMAT/GRE Preparation Course

Good for students who have time and wish to thoroughly prepare for the GMAT/GRE. On this course you will study 10 lessons per week of specific exam preparation along with 12 hours of guided study per week. During guided study you will have access to EC's extensive selection of self study materials. Guided study hours with the teacher are at times convenient to the student. This 12 week course offers the best value in test preparation available anywhere in Boston.

GMAT: Mon-Thur 3:30-5:30 and Friday 1-3pm
GRE: Mon-Fri 1-3pm

What will you study?

• You will be in a class where focus is placed upon providing you with the skills and practice needed to achieve the best score in your chosen test.
• You will be trained in how to take the GMAT & GRE tests. You will study exam techniques and take sample tests which cover all areas of the test.
  
• Computer based tests will be accompanied by practice sessions of tests in computerized format using our training lab. You will use authentic test materials to ensure you are completely prepared on the day you sit your exam.
