EC Brighton students together with teachers Dominique Flower and Robin Sneath have put together a ‘Support Japan Fundraiser’ on Thursday 31st March 2011 at Ali Cats (underneath Varsity pub) from 20:30 till late.
Entrance is £2 which will all be donated to the International Red Cross to help Japan at this very difficult time.
Drinks will be £1.50 all night and DJ’s Domflo and Ed will be spinning the decks.

All the money raised this evening will be added to the money collected in
EC Brighton school and donated to the International Red Cross.

This Friday, 18th March is Comic Relief Day also known as Red Nose Day.
It is a day when the whole of the country get together to do something funny for money and change countless of lives in the process. Visit: http://www.rednoseday.com/
EC Brighton will be taking part. Most of the teachers and staff will be dressed in their pyjamas – you can also come in your PJ’s too or anything else you may have in your wardrobe that is funny/silly – like a big pair of clown shoes or a big wig – anything you can think of that will put a smile on our faces!
You can buy a Red Nose or a designer Vivienne Westwood t-shirt from TK Maxx, Oxfam on North Street or Sainsbury supermarket.

The biggest earthquake and Tsunami happened in Japan on 11/03/2011. We would like to send some money to Japan because a lot of people need some food, water and our help.
We are going to send the money to the British Red Cross who will send the money to Japan.
If you would like to donate some money, please put the money into the box on the reception desk. We will send this money to the British Red Cross on Friday, 18 March 2011.
