Nothing warms the soul more than a steaming cup of Hot Chocolate laced with decadent masrshmallows.
Try this easy recipe at home to curb the chilly winter blues.

Makes 2 x 200ml cups:

1 x Bar One
6 x tablespoons of hot chocolate – Nestle is yummy:)
400ml milk
1/2 a teaspoon of vanilla essence
a handful of mini marshmallows

While you are boiling the milk, melt the Bar One in the microwave stirring every 10 seconds. Using a spoon, layer the melted bar One on the inside of the cups. Add 3 x tbls of hot chocolate to each cup and pour in the steaming milk and a few drops of vanilla essence. Stir energetically. Top the delicious cuppa with marshmallows.
Toast to summer and enjoy with a friend ~ preferablly in front of a log fire.
