The Metropolitan Museum of Art, what local people call The Met, holds over 2 million works of art in its permanent collection and always has at least on special, temporary exhibition. For example, now on display is the amazing Alexander McQueen exhibition. One of the most amazing parts of the museum is that it’s free! The “Admission” pricing is only for suggested donation, so you don’t have to pay at all!
