New York Pride

On Sunday Christy took a number of  EC New York students to see the famous Gospel Choir of Harlem.  The students were thrilled and said that it was unlike any church they’d ever seen.

“The main singer was coming to spectators and singing with them.  She told someone, ‘Let’s go to the stage!’” – Charlie

Lunch Break!

EC New York has been open for almost two months and the students have been making good use of the lounge. They have settled into a lunchtime routine including frequent visits to the massive deli downstairs and, the Pre-Intermediate class’ favorite, Subway! However, the best food eaten in the lounge comes from the students’ home kitchens. Nothing beats home made sushi!
