Each week EC Boston holds a Pronunciation Clinic and Conversation Club free for students.
Pronunciation Clinic is held every Tuesday and offers students a chance to get together outside of class with someone from the community to practice speaking, with a focus on pronunciation.
Conversation Club is held every Thursday afternoon and is also a chance for students to practice their English while meeting students outside of their class.
EC Boston students love the opportunity to meet students from other classes, while also practicing their English with a native speaker.
Many students have seen dramatic improvement in their English, and have made some new friends too!!
The city of Boston has always been known as a student city.
Boston is home to nearly 50 colleges and universities!!
Harvard, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Boston University, Cambridge College, Massachusetts school of Pharmacy, and so many more.
EC Boston’s University Access Program is a great program for students interested in continuing their education whether it be for an undergraduate or graduate degree.
EC Boston holds partnerships with many Universities in the city and by understanding the expectations of our partner colleges and universities, EC Boston has been able to arrange special acceptance agreements. With conditional admission and upon completion of at least 1 month at the Advanced or Proficient level, students can enroll in our partner Universities without a TOEFL score.
The University Access Program matches students with an Academic Advisor to guide them through the application process. Each advisor will provide students with free assistance in application essays, practicing interview skills, and answering any questions about the American University System.
Throughout the year EC Boston will host a variety of University Representatives to meet with students and answer questions about their school and academic programs.
Cambridge College, one of our partners, visited EC Boston yesterday to discuss Undergraduate and Graduate Degree programs.
