Ebru is our second Academic Intern for the month of September. She would like to become a teacher for secondary school and for her this is an unique experience to Learn English in a different way.

Studies:
“In Germany I’ve been studying English and Spanish to become a teacher for secondary school. I will be with EC London until the end of September and after that I will start my Master’s Degree. To have experiences abroad is part of my education and I think it is important for my individual development. I spent one semester in Madrid and now I am here to improve my English skills.”
Hobbies:
“I enjoy reading, going to the cinema, jogging, meeting people but I especially love to travel. It could be difficult and enjoyable to pass time in a foreign country, so if you have any question or issue you can ask for me whenever you need help.”
Favourite place in London:
“I discovered the Hippster are of “Brick Lane” which is in East London. There you can find a lot of different shops, restaurants and the first Bagle shop which was founded in London.”
Favourite food:
“I’m in love with Indian curry and here I have many opportunities to try Indian cuisine.”
Your experience with EC London as a student:
“In EC London I’ve met a lot of people from different countries and had a great time with them. I also like all the teachers because they are really friendly and helpful.”
