An important part of the services our school offers to students is accommodation. Students that decide to study English and/or French at EC Montreal can also chose to live with a family (English speaking, French speaking or bilingual) that is part of our homestay programme or in a student residence or apartment hotel.Every year around this time we start to actively look for and recruit families that will make our students feel welcomed and comfortable, thus adding the local culture and way of life to their language learning experience.Our homestay recruiter, Andrea is visiting each home to ensure that the high standards that EC Montreal upholds are met, and if accepted into our programme the new families will be great hosts for our students.Andrea was herself a student at EC Montreal and she lives with a homestay family she remembers to this day, so who better than her to find the best families for our students! You can see on the map the distribution of our families on the Island of Montreal (we only accept families that live on the island, so the commute time for the students is the standard one). The red dots represent English families, the blue ones French and the white ones bilingual.
