You want to have some organic food from local restaurants? You want to enjoy live jazz? You want to learn more about garlic?
The Garlic Festival could be the right place for you! With 20 restaurants, 3 bands, and live cooking shows, you can treat yourself with organic garlic food. Only on Sunday, 23rd of August at Terra Nova Rural Park in Richmond, can you visit this culinary paradise. The entry is free, but you need to pay for the food for $4 and $3 for a drink. The main attraction is a cooking competition at 2:30pm on the day of the event. At this competition, chefs need to pick up food directly from the fields. My favorite will be the beer garden and a “learn to grow garlic” workshop.
