Brighton is a small city, but there’s as much going on here as anywhere in the UK. So, you get all the benefits of living in a major city whilst still being able to walk easily to shops, entertainment venues and pubs.
Brighton is in the county of East Sussex, on the South coast of England. Situated between the English Channel and the South Downs, Brighton is 90km from London.
It takes approximately 50 minutes by rail from Brighton to London, and 30 minutes from Brighton to London Gatwick. The M25/M23 link creates easy road access to the capital and the rest of the country. Mainland Europe is a short journey by air from Gatwick or Heathrow and by train via Eurotunnel, which departs from Ashford in Kent.
