Hello!!

I think the most important thing is to be confident, first of all, if you put in your mind that you are not able to speak not necesarly fluently but being understood, you are going to be stuck in your head, mentally and emotionaly... You have to practice with your husband and to practice by yourself as well... I live in new york city for a couple of months ago and i was also like that in beginning, i didn't even want to speak or opening my mouth but after 2 months i decided to take advantage of my situation being here and my english turned up so much better... good luck and don't be shy to speak, we are all here to learn...

Ok,I'll tell you how to get the lessons!!For example if you want to learn about the listening activity,click on LISTENING, it is written on the top.There will be many videos for you and fill in the blanks for you to complete.There will be written what you have to do or how to solve!When you have solve all the questions,all you have to do is to Check the answer if they are correct.Then merk your lesson as complete! (MARK AS COMPLETE) will be written under your questions!!! that all!!! Enjoy youeself and learn English! Smile

Hi, I really like this web page but it is a kind of complicated since you don't know where to start first.

I would suggest to separate the course in 10 or 20 modules so people can know where to start and to skip those lessons or modules that we don't need.

So far I just go into the lessons posted but I am not really sure if I am doing well or not or if there something I need to know prior to the lesson that I am at that moment.

Also it would be great to have like a kind of test at the beginning in order to know our English level to know where to start, example: if I score 50% in the test the I should start in the module number 5.

Also I would include a test after every module so I can be sure that I have learn successfully all the lessons provided in that module.

i think to speak englsihg correctly, we need to 'Listen English' a lot and try to learn some sentences. Try to Use or imitate these new sentences in your daily conversation.

Just a few notes about this site

Hi, I'm luke. I consider that this site is very helpful for me.
The lessons are clear and quite easy to understand.
In my opinion, the layout is very pleasant. I also like how everything works ('mark as complete', 'add to favourites' logo on the 'lesson complete' on the article, etc) so much.
However, there is always something that It's possible doing better, isn't it?
Primarily, I think that the forum should be 'strengthened'. It really might be the 'weak point' of this site.
The users'comments on each article are in ascending order (from the older comment to newest one). I think that it would be more comfortable at reading in descending order. Finally, the lesson should be categorized as 'for biginner', 'intermediate' 'advanced' or something like that. In this way, by a menu for example, the user might select all of those he wants concerning his learning skill.
I hope I have been helpful...and sorry for my basic (bad) English. See ya

Improvement

I find this website very useful and you do tremendous job posting very useful information and daily lessons. I will suggest that adding to weekly or monthly video lessons would help more and give us an opportunity to visualize which I personally think it's the best method of learning since I'm a visual learner. I would also recommend you to sort the lessons by dates, for example from the first day to up to now. It would be easy for everyone to go back and start then catch up.

Thanks for your kind comments.

Use OR in positive sentences when talking about alternatives.

Use NOR in negative sentences with neither. Use it after 'do not', "She does not like football, nor do I."
