Studying can be very stressful and when you have been doing it for a while, you may find yourself unable to concentrate very well. Meditation has a number of benefits and could be an interesting way to support your learning process. Here is a small article with a few of the benefits of meditation, but some of the words are missing. Can you fill the gaps with the correct words?

Reasons to Meditate

Stress

Meditation helps to _1_ stress, it teaches us to switch off our worries. Meditation is a good chance to spend time by ourselves. Spending 15 minutes quietening your mind and focusing on the present time, will make you a more relaxed and effective _2_ maker.

Reports have shown that meditation has health benefits. These benefits are related to the decrease in stress that happens with meditation. For example, with lower levels of stress and anxiety, the _3_ of heart disease gets less.
