We write postcards to friends and family when we are on holiday. They are usually very short and talk about what we are doing and enjoying. I just got this postcard from my Mum and Dad, who are on holiday in Tenerife! Read through the postcard and put the words in the correct gap.

When you have finished, imagine you are on holiday and you are sending a postcard to your best friend. What would you write about? Please post your answers below!

Hi Caroline!

_1_ you were here, missing you! We are reading lots of books, relaxing, walking and eating at lots of nice _2_. Going to the _3_ later to do some sunbathing. Someone told us they saw some dolphins there yesterday so hoping to see some! The water is too cold to _4_ in, good job there’s a swimming _5_ at the hotel! Hi, Tim!

We're having a wonderful time here in Lviv.
The weather is perfect but sometimes it is windy! We're spending our days sightseeing and exploring the local area, strolling through Lviv's quiet and quaint old streets and exploring its many churches, wooded hills, cafes, and coffee shops.
The food is delicious and people - friendly open and polite to strangers.

It's summer here and it's possible enjoy many things in this place, from beautiful sceneries, people and architecture to delightful sunbath and water in the beach. I need to come back here as soon as possible and next time has to be with you.
