What does no-brainer mean?

When something requires little or no thought, it is a no-brainer. It's an easy decision or choice to make.

No-brainer is a noun, the plural form is no-brainers.

No-brainer in a sentence

Taking out medical insurance before a ski holiday is a no-brainer.

It's a no-brainer investment. You'll double your money.

Deciding who to give the 'Salesperson of the Year Award' to was a no-brainer. Shelly was by far our best salesperson.
