A big black dog stood in the middle of a black road. There were no street lights above the road. An old car with broken headlights drove towards the dog but turned in time before he hit it. How did the driver see the dog in time?

The dog was white with fear.

The dog heard the car comming towrad him but he wasn't able to move because his body froze with fear. then, How did the driver see the dog in time? That's because the driver saw the white face of the dog in the darkness.

Does it make sense? hehe Tongue

Thanks for riddle!

I thought that the driver could avoid hitting the dog because of dog's barking or growling! Another answer is that dog could hear the car driving and got out of the way.

Of course your answer was funnier and more interesting! Thanks, a lot!
At least every driver should remember this joke in order to be a little more cautious!

I think the driver saw the dogs eyes on far. because even it is dark on the street.or even you dont have car lights you can see if there have a dog or cats on the streets it is because of their eyes..it is bright on the dark place...if i am right?Big Grin hehe

wow i am wrong! but wait.how its Didnt happen at night? i knew in US have lights every streets and you cant use your car i think without head lights right? but here in philippines sometimes no lights on the street and it is dark to drive.sometimes the car dosnt have headlight..in that case.it is possible the driver can avoid the accedent still.because the dogs or even cats have bright eyes.you can see them in the dark street. so please explain tome.if you can...Smile Peace
