Well,basically there are two types of english,one is formal and the other is imformal.in formal speaking style, we take care of the basic english grammer and in imformal english we care less about the grammer, therefore, while talking to our friends we become imformal. the sentece you have mentioned i.e."How are you doing" seems gramitically wrong but since it's being used in formal so there is no issue with this sentece, but we should take care of formal language because i believe that everything in a formal way is always good and decent.

Am i right? or if you have any disagreement you can easily share.

1) Rebate :- I want some rebate on this purchase.

2) Patronage:- Don't show too much patronage towards him.

3) Impudent:- Never show impudence to elders.

4) insolent is same as impudence

5) Baffle:- That haunting experience baffled me.

6) Audacious:- I am surprised at his audacity towards public speaking.
