The first thing any new learner of Engish should do is to make a plan for learning this language and master its four commonplace skils which are:listening "a very important one "reading,speaking and writing ,but it is an exigency here to COMMIT in order to make the plan into practise thus never miss a day .
Second:try to have a contact with native speakers by traveling to coutries where Enlish is the native language as the united state of America,England,Canada...etc or the least thing you can do is to join any english club online that allows you to chatt with native speakers and the most important thing is to keep in toutch with them ...
Last but not least,enjoy what you are learning and be realistic (ie)aquiring a new language needs time as well as endeavour ,and I just wanna give one tip about learning vocabulary is by learning everyday five new words which means that you will learn 1825 new words within a year...and you'll see how it works.

My three adviece for someone who is interested in to learn English are:
First of all I think to need listening English every day, at least 30 minutes for a day. You can find out some website where has many listening lessons for your choice. You download them to your cell phone or mp3, mp4 ect and listen them when you have any free time or before you go to bed.
Second, try to talk English anywhere as much as possible.
The last, improve your pronunciation.

The 1st advice is to live in an English speaking country. Take a course at EC English language schools. As you know, this is the best way to improve your English. And you will be exposed to English. But for the person who is interested in starting to learn English, They may have to take courses to be able to speak in basic conversation before they go to an English speaking country.
The 2nd advice is to learn English with a private tutor if you can’t live in an English speaking country. Learn 10 new vocabularies everyday, and try to sing English songs because it may improve your pronunciation, listen to BBC news, watch movies without subtitles, try to speak in English everyday and practice English with your friends, read a lot of English books, and study hard everyday.
The 3rd advice is try to find an English speaking bf or gf because he or she can teach you English and you will have to speak in English with him or her.

Your are interested in learning English and speak it as native speakers. What should you do?

First of all , Ask these question from yourself , " Do I really want to learn English ? " , " What is my reason for learning English? " , " Does learning English help me in my studies, job, ... ? ". Ok, answering these questions is the first step.

Second, determine the resources that can help you in learning English. Search for the best of them. You can ask from professionals to help you in this matter. Register in a trusted course. Nowadays, there are some good and useful websites and software for learning English, don't ignore them; use them along with your courses.

Third, involve yourself in English, watch English channels, listen to English radio, find English native speakers and talk with them. Memorize common and most used vocabularies and use them in your speaking. Practice a lot!

My first piece of advice would be to get yourself a good book of English grammar to learn basics. To my mind, when you know them, you can confidently move on.

The second thing is a vocabulary. You need to build it up with at least 3-5 new words a day. Try to choose the most common words for the first time.

If you have a good friend, involved in learning English, then you could speak English with each other, retell the latest news. One more option is to find a pen pal. The improvement of the output is an integral part of the process.

My absolutely top 3 English learning tips are:

1. Stay in an English-speaking country, the best way to learn a new language is immersing yourself with the locals and be far away from other speakers of your native language!

2. Don't be afraid! You must not be shy and self-conscious about e.g your accent, grammar or general faults in your knowledge of the new language. You are learning, there's nothing wrong with that - so open your mouth and start talking!

3. Watch TV shows, movies or listen to music and read books and local newspapers. That way you can improve your pronounciation, immensely increase your vocabulary and still enjoy yourself while you do it!

A lot of remarkable pieces of advice!!!!Especially I like super Menu from sppica! You wouldn't only learn English but you would be fit and slim! Cool!!!
But then if you are interested in starting to learn English - read my advice:
1. It is necessary to have TALENT for learning foreign language!
2. You should know your NATIVE LANGUAGE perfectly!!!

No 1 Rule: ATTEND A SUMMER SCHOOL. The best way to learn the English language is to immerse completely in its sounds and culture. Learning a language where it is natively spoken is the best way to make a fast progress in acquiring new vocabulary, better fluency and improved pronunciation! Those who learn English in their home country are at disadvantage compared to those who travel to English speaking countries (UK, Malta, USA, Australia, etc) and are exposed to the language every day, in real life context. Those who are interested in learning English should definitely attend an English summer school, which will definitely improve their skills and furthermore, it will be a life-changing experience!

No 2 Rule: LISTEN, LISTEN, LISTEN. More and more teachers have started to recognize the influence of extensive exposure to a language. One hour a day practicing English in class is not enough, but another hour listening to an audio-book on your iPod will certainly make a difference! Language is a skill and you develop it through lots of listening: movies and song are great! For instance, you can watch MTV, google a song that you like and watch it again on youtube, also trying to learn its lyrics in the same time!

No 3 Rule: USE THE INTERNET. The Internet is the most exciting, unlimited English resource that anyone could imagine and it is right at our finger tips. You can find useful information and pieces of advice on blogs (such as the BBC Learning English Blog or the EC blog), you can read your favourite books (in a pdf format), you can search online dictionaries for words you do not know, you can keep in touch with friends from other countries using Skype, you can listen to your favourite tunes on youtube, you can socialize with other youngsters from all over the world using websites like Facebook, myspace, linkedIn, etc, you can write posts on Twitter or you can have your own blog- all using the English language! The possibilities are endless, it is only the motivation from within that will make you a fast English learner!

1. First of all you should set yourself a good aim you can always look forward to and think about the reasons why you want to learn English. It is so important to have a good motivation to do something,especially for learning a new language, because sometimes it's really difficult and everybody will reach the point that you just want to give up. Maybe because you don't understand someone or maybe you aren't able to say what you want to say, because of not knowing the right words or other people are just annoyed when they can't memorize a vocable but these are just a few examples.
Somehow we all come up to this point! (But don't give up!!!) And then it will be great if you can look forward to visiting an English speaking country or something else. But just if you reached your aim like getting a better English mark

2. The next advice is like "Practice makes Perfect"! Try to practice and improve your English every day. You could read a book or watch a film in English, even if you don't understand much the first times, you will see the betterment after a few times, way earlier than you would ever expect! You could also talk to your friends and family in English. There're so many other possibilities: Search an English speaking penpal... or write an english blog etc. Im sure there's something for everyone.

3. My last advice for someone who is interested to learn Eglish is a short one, but not less important!
Always try to learn / speak English with a smile in your face =) It's fun to learn English and if you follow these advices you'll see that it's not that difficult and that learning English is sometimes much easier than expected!

3)don`t hesitate to speak and practice your knowledge even it`s hard and you are making a lot of mistakes in grammer(though you shouldn`t fogret studying grammer).

In spite of, English is a world language and helps you to communicate with other nationalities, make a research into net to get everything you wonder, make a travelling proudly and etc., you must have a certain goal to answer the question ,,why I must learn English" and if you find such reason or you've already known quite well, believe me, it's more easy to learn English in a less time. So, in my opinion the first piece of advise is to find ,,certain reason"
2.Do you have ,,certain reason", very good. The next step is to make yourself yearly agenda - what I have to do during the year.Try to study English in such a way to get pleasure, for exm. Beside grammar and vocabulary read romantic or detective stories (of course you can take right level books) , get more and more pen friends by skype or join to other communicated means. If you have enough money, go alone to summer school in EC London, I was last year and I recommend it. So, second piece of advise is ,,to do everything in a right way with a little pleasure”

One day, I know, you recognise that you’re very tired, maybe hate such many studying, even you haven’t such a result as you expected, but please don’t stop and don’t take a long rest, simply change your teacher or if you’re studying yourself change your studying way, and believe me after a hard working , one day you find out that your English level is upper – intermediate or maybe advance and you are quite happy because al last you achieved. 3. Practice a lot! Use chatrooms as a practice and email with people from the UK/USA and above all: work on your vocabulary. If your grammar is okay and your vocabulary isn't, your English is still useless.

3)Going to the local country is the most important thing, but if they have no chance to go, they could share their house with an Erasmus student, it'll bring a great opportunity to their speaking skills.
2)Reading books and magazines, listening to the radio regularly, watching movies or series with an English subtitle and following to the websites for English learners.. (I improve my vocabulary skills with this method)
1)Don't think English like your native language.. You can't translate everything, so you must be think in English ! (let alone your mother tongue)

First, you must have a great will to learn English. If you have a desire to learn English perfectly, you can devote huge time to it. You will always keep trying to read English books, listen to music or radio or watch movies without translation because you like it. So if you have a desire, you can learn faster, joyfully, and effectively.
Second, in my everyday observation, sociable person learns English more easily and faster compared to other people. It’s because they don’t afraid of making mistakes while they are talking. My second advice is, you should always try to communicate with native English language speakers.
Third, somebody who works hard to achieve goal, can succeed fast. Everyday persistent attempt is one of the crucial ways to learn English.
