26th African Cup of Nations

For those of you in Cape Town, remember to cheer on the national team as they compete for the honour of champions of Africa, they’re taking part in the biannual African Cup of Nations. Carlos Alberto Parreira will lead ‘The Boys’ in the 16 team competition hoping to repeat their success on home turf in 1996. This years competition is being held in Ghana, so it’s best enjoyed with a few friends and locals in the comfort of a Cape Town bar. South Africa’s opening match is against Tunisia on Jan 27^th.
