For some quieter moments you can walk on the South Downs or visit the nearby Seven Sisters Country Park with its famous white cliffs. Brighton has some wonderful parks both inside the city and on the outskirts where one can enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
For traditional English cream teas, visit Rottingdean village or enjoy a traditional English roast dinner in most local pubs. Eastbourne, a 40 minute bus journey away, is great too if you fancy a change of scenery. And for those who prefer to stay in Brighton, there are numerous cafés that offer a wide range of teas, fruit smoothies and unusual milkshakes.
With so much to do, see and explore in and around Brighton, you won’t be disappointed! The only question remains, will you have enough time to see it all?
