Arrival and First Day in New York
Your Arrival in New York
If you have booked an airport transfer, you will be met at one of the three major local airports (JFK, LaGuardia, or Newark) by a representative from our airport pick-up services. After you collect your baggage from Baggage Claim and/or pass through Customs, go to the arrival waiting gallery. This is the last area before the exit of the airport building where passengers meet the people who come to pick them up.
Look for someone holding up a sign with your name on it and the EC Logo pictured above.
