You can arrange for an airport pick-up from San Francisco International airport with EC. A driver will meet you at the airport, so look out for him holding up a sign with your name on it. Your driver will wait at the baggage claim area, holding a sign with your name on it. For international arrivals, the driver will wait outside the customs area.
If you require an airport transfer, you must let us know seven days in advance. The charge for a one-way transfer is $95.
The Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) also connects San Francisco International Airport (SFO) to downtown. Trains take 30 minutes and depart every 15 minutes. A single ticket to SFO from downtown costs $8.10.
A taxi ride to San Francisco is between $30 and $70 depending on the destination. And a shared-ride van to San Francisco is between $18 and $30 depending on the destination.

Your First Day at EC San Francisco
Please be in school on your first day by 8:30am. On your first day you should bring your I-20 form / F-1 student visa, proof of health insurance (for the entire length of programme) passport, and pen and paper.
On your first day you will take a placement test to determine your English ability and which class level you will be placed in. After the test there is a Welcome Event for all new students. There is also the option to take a short tour of the neighborhood surrounding the school.
