Our TEFL Course Outline
Our TEFL course is offers both theoretical and practical training, providing you with the essential tools needed to start teaching students of all levels. Our TEFL course will:
- give you the necessary tools to teach the 4 basic skills: listening, reading, writing and speaking
- review basic grammatical terms and practical grammar teaching techniques
- teach you how to effectively use the blackboard and communication activities
- help you develop your own learning style
- provide you with practice preparing lessons according to the identified needs of the ESL classes
Our CertTESOL Course Outline
The Trinity Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (CertTESOL) is an internationally recognised qualification for those looking for a career in English language teaching. This is the first professional qualification for teachers of EFL/ESOL/ESL to young learners and adults. Our CertTESOL will give:
- an understanding and ability to put into practice basic TESOL methodologies and approaches, in a manner appropriate to course and lesson aims, and the learners' background and learning objectives
- the ability to use a variety of teaching materials and an awareness of the key features required of coursebooks and printed materials
- the ability to balance the requirements of accuracy and fluency in teaching English
- the potential for self-evaluation and professional development through further training
Course Requirements: You must be 18 years or over and have A' levels (one of which must be English).

1 Nov - 26 Nov
Course Duration: 4 weeks, full-time intensive programme.
Our DipTESOL Course
Diploma in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages is necessary if you want to take your teaching career to the next level. Recognised at an equivalent level as a UK Masters degree, the DipTESOL course is designed to allow experienced teachers to progress to senior teaching roles and academic management worldwide.
Course Requirements: You must be a current English language teacher, with at least 2 years' teaching experience.

A first degree or equivalent level is required.
Course Start Dates: Starting in April.
Course Duration: The DipTESOL programme is flexible, allowing you to complete the course in your free time. A 3 year time frame is given for completion of all modules, however the course can be completed in 13 months.

Requirement For Courses
Prospective TEFL trainees must be proficient in English. A short test must be written. Tertiary qualifications and/or work experience are highly recommended if you want to teach abroad.
