The university offers a specialized educational program leading to a Doctor of Business Administration, a Master of Business Administration, a Master of Science in International Management, and upper division classes leading to a Bachelor of Science in Management.

CIBU, located in the Little Italy section of downtown San Diego, prides itself in personalized instruction which includes opportunities for students to work with faculty in small classes.
