Support & Safety
You are not alone when you travel with EC. We have a high staff-to-student ratio and offer the services of staff 24/7. Not only will we be there to meet you when you arrive, we'll also be there throughout your trip to make sure that your vacation is fun, safe and problem-free. We have a strong support network to make students as comfortable as possible. Students are encouraged to seek any help they need at any time during their stay, and parents are assured their children are in the safest of hands during their EC programme.
Please be aware, our Freestyle Programme has less supervision as it is for independent, mature-minded students.
Arrivals
Arriving at your destination, you'll immediately be greeted by one of our staff wearing our recognisable orange shirts and EC signs. We'll be the first people you'll see, so you can arrive with peace-of-mind. During high volume traffic times you may need a few minutes in order to find each other. Please be patient and do not take another form of transportation!
EC staff will take care of the transport to your accommodation and make sure your check-in goes smoothly so you can start enjoying yourself right away! When your trip comes to an end, your dedicated EC staff members will assist with your departure and provide convenient transportation to make sure you get to your flight safely and on time.
