Support & Safety

The safety and wellbeing of students is our top priority. We understand that students may be travelling without parents for the first time, or may feel homesick during their stay.

We help students to build their vocabulary, improve functional language skills and grammar thus helping them to raise their level, confidence and accuracy.

Students are able to speak to a member of staff 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Surrounded by people who are always happy to help, whether it is a live-in residence leader, a teacher or academic co-ordinator at school, social leaders during an activity or through a 24 hour emergency telephone number, students are always encouraged to seek help should they need it, at any time during their stay.
