Student Testimonials

Have a look at what students say about their EC journey to becoming more proficient in the English language during their time with us.

  • Iroha

I've been here for three months. I made a lot of friends from other countries, so I am having a good time in Cambridge. The teachers are also friendly, so you can relax and enjoy the class.

Iroha from Japan stayed in Cambridge and studied General English

    Yeji

I can highly recommend you to choose Oxford. Of course if you go abroad to study you can meet lots of foreign friends. But if you choose EC Oxford for developing your language, you can get extra activities with teachers and friends.

Yeji from South Korea stayed in Oxford and studied General English

    Sabrina

The people are very helpful and kind. My host family is 30 minutes away from school, and I like the way because the bus goes along the sea. I really liked the Brighton pier because you can play different games or of course eat some fish and chips.

Sabrina from Switzerland stayed in Brighton and studied General English

  • Saki

There are many fascinating things such as museums, the CN Tower, an aquarium and great nature in this city, but the main reason why I love this city is that there are many people from all over the world. You can find a lot of culture located in places like Chinatown, Greek Town, Korean Town and so on.

Saki from Japan stayed in Toronto and studied General English

    Chiayin Tsai

EC school has a very rich course, each class is according to each student and their level. There are many course activities such as fitness, yoga, pub night etc. I like this a lot and they help students get to know Brighton and how to live there. EC is good I like it a lot.

    Hyelim

Bristol is not as crowded as London, but also not as quiet as other small towns. Before I came to Bristol, I thought it was going to be a small and boring city. After a few weeks here, I've changed my mind. If you're a person who doesn’t like big city or small town you'll like Bristol.
