Joining EC Academy means, on your English course, you are part of our global EC family, and we look after our family from the very beginning. You and your parents can feel confident in knowing that the EC team is fully trained to ensure you have a great experience.
You can be sure that our group leaders, staff and teachers are prepared to handle any issues in a quick, professional and organised manner. We consistently review and update our procedures at all our locations, because keeping you safe is our top priority.
Academy provides 24-hour care for the students in their residence, waking them up every morning, making sure they eat well and are happy.
Three meals per day are served at our Academy locations with additional snacks and drinks also available twice a day. Packed lunches are provided on excursions.
EC Academy provides a dedicated meet-and-greet and transfer service for all students to ensure a smooth arrival and transfer to centre.
When it's time to leave, we provide a departure transfer for all students and our team will also assist students checking in at the airport.

All students must have adequate insurance in case of a medical or other emergency. EC Academy offers a comprehensive student insurance policy called Guardme.
