Times Square English School

Welcome to EC New York, our New York English school! Let’s dive into our New York school and its amazing city!

If you haven’t been to New York before, let us introduce you to one of the most international and multicultural cities in the world. We have students and people from all over the world who consider New York their home. Being so international is helpful for our students because they can easily access restaurants or markets with foods from their country, so this can help them feel like they’re at home away from home!

New York is a must-see city especially if you are a first-time visitor to the United States. One of the main reasons is that New York has some of the biggest cultural landmarks in the country. On your English course in New York, you can visit the Statue of Liberty, Brooklyn Bridge, The Empire State Building, Central Park, and many more!

Activities and workshops on your English course in New York

Friday is graduation day at EC New York. We love to celebrate the achievements of our students and give them a nice send-off before they return to their home countries. It’s always an emotional day!

At our New York English school, we offer activities for our students; some of them are paid, some of them are free. We offer a wide variety of social activities including walking tours. For example, we take our students on walking tours of Harlem, Greenwich Village, and the Lower East Side. Some of our paid activities include taking in some of the many landmarks and activities that are happening all around us in New York City. For example, we rented a whole movie theatre, so the only people in the cinema were our students! They were some of the first people to see the newest releases which was a really great experience for them. We also offer free academic activities and workshops, so students can work on specific skills like pronunciation and speaking outside of their regular English classes.

We hope to welcome you to our English school in New York very soon.
