So, what’s on in Cambridge in March?

Cambridge has a rich musical culture. Why not check out the Tram Depot every Tuesday for its live jazz jam there are also Open Mic nights on various nights of the week at The Anchor, The Earl Of Beaconsfield and The Alma.
Cambridge is also home to the legendary Dave Gilmour from the Rock Band Pink Floyd. On the 9th March the Australian Pink Floyd Show is coming to Cambridge. Don’t miss this great opportunity to see a show about one of the most iconic bands in the UK’s history.

March 17th is St Patricks Day. St Patrick’s Day or Paddy’s Day is the celebration of the Irish Saint St Patrick. This day is celebrated across the UK. People wear green and drink the traditional Irish beer, Guinness.
In March we also have Red Nose Day. Again Red Nose day is a national day where people ‘do something funny for money’. At EC staff and students will be dressing up and we will be having a cake sale to raise money for children’s charities across the UK and the World. 68169_914209148591354_8369021119952629557_n
