EC Cape Town teacher, Aidan, gives students a riveting lecture and demo on the ancient and ornate world of Martial Arts. Being a black belt himself, Aidan effortlessly demonstrated some Tai Chi, Karate, Kung Fu and even Iaido ( involving a sword!! ) moves. Other Martial Arts, which were discussed included Judo and an extremely difficult extreme from Brazil – Capoeira!! A brilliant lecture, enjoyed by all who attended.
