What is a graded reader?
Graded readers are simplified versions of real books—fact and fiction, biography, books based on popular films and TV series, and well-loved classics.
How can they help me to improve my English language skills?
- Improve your vocabulary or grammar by doing the exercises accompanying each graded reader
- Improve your listening by listening to the accompanying recording
- Improve your fluency and pronunciation by speaking along with the recording, following the text as you go
- Improve your speaking by giving a spoken review of a reader to your teacher and/or classmates
- Improve your written work by writing a review of a reader and sending it to kirstenroseauerbach@ecenglish.com
