EC Malta prepared a small surprise for their students to celebrate Easter…During this week students are welcome to try a famous Maltese pastry made to be eaten during the Easter period by the name of ‘Figolla’.
The delicious sweet is traditionally made from flour pastry and baked in different shapes, for instance stars, heats, horses, butterflies, rabbits, fishes…The top is decorated with a chocolate egg wrapped in bright colour, such as blue, pink, red, yellow or green, symbolizing the life for family and friends. Enjoy it!
