June is festival month in Montreal! EC Montreal students studying this month and all summer can take advantage of all the fun activities our city has to offer! Today opens the Montreal World Beer Festival – “Mondial de la bière”: which will run for the next four days until June 9. This international North American Beer Festival takes place at Palais des Congrès which is located at 1001 place Jean-Paul-Riopelle street at Place D’Armes metro station. It’s actually free to enter the grounds of the festival where beer seekers can visit tents and taste 650 different types of beers! There are also tickets visitors can pick up on their website that gives VIP treatment to privileged tastings for the serious beer lover!
