Every week, EC Montreal meets with its departing students to get information on their EC experience. We want to know what our students thought about their lessons, their accommodation, our activities programme and the overall customer service provided. This feedback is essential for us to improve our quality and meet our student needs. We also ask them a very important question which is on a scale of zero to ten, how likely are you to recommend EC to a friend. This question is from the NPS theory which is a management system that measures customers’ loyalty. The higher your NPS score is, the more satisfied your clients. At EC Montreal, we have an NPS of 60. This is a really great score! Anything above 50 is considered excellent! Anything above 70 is considered world class. Last year, EC Montreal ended the year with an NPS of 74. We are determined to get back up to that number! This is why our customer feedback is so very important to us!

I chose EC Montreal because this school has the combination of classes that fit my needs, specially having both group and individual lessons. I improved a lot! The homestay was very helpful too. The family is very kind. I really like the teachers. They are all very good. I feel like the teachers really care about the students and that they really enjoy their jobs!

I chose this destination because I think Canada is a great place. I also heard that Montreal is a really cultural city and it’s true. There are a lot of people from all around the world. I think teachers are great and in this time I have been here I think I am really improving my English. I think the lessons are so dynamic. I chose EC Montreal because Montreal was recommended to me by friends who already stayed here. I improved a lot just from remembering. I liked to talk to people from different countries in French that was my favorite activity. Essadia is a great teacher! That’s what I liked most! Most of my friends are from my home country and also from Brazil and Colombia. I will remember the good vibes of this city!
