Q: How was the process working with Daniel, ECSD’s AY Coordinator?
Ziad: “The meeting was very good. He is helping me transfer to the university in Montana, which was the plan after I attended EC. I’m enjoying it because he is helping me step by step; when I first realized I would be changing colleges, I was nervous. I don’t know how to do this by myself. But Daniel is very helpful, knows what to do, and is making the process easier. I trust him.”
Q: What are you excited about for your studies in Montana?
Ziad: “Computer science! I want to study computer science, and they have many good classes at this university. I don’t know exactly what I’ll do with it in the future…All I know is that when I go back to my country, I want to be able to be independent and manage my own career. Also, Montana has good weather!”
Q: How has ECSD helped you?
Ziad: “I learned a lot of English here! I started studying at ECSD two months ago. This is my third month, and my English has gotten much better. ECSD is a good school, and learning English here has prepared me for advanced studies at the university.
I’m happy at EC! EC has made me excited for my future!”
