Cambridge English exams are recognized by 15,000 employers, universities and colleges worldwide and the results are valid for a lifetime. EC Vancouver not only offers, along with many other courses, Cambridge Exam Preparation courses such as for the FCE, CAE and CPE, but also provides the opportunity to take the exam in-house. But what’s the Cambridge Exam Preparation course all about?
Basically, what EC offers to their students is a four to twelve week preparation course in relation to the Cambridge Exam. Students will not only be briefed on how the exam will look, but will also acquire the needed knowledge such as grammar, vocabulary and skills for reading, listening, writing and speaking.
Students will have 30 lessons a week, separated in four lessons in the morning and two lessons on Mondays and Wednesdays and three lessons on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the afternoon, all of which are 45 minutes. After having successfully completed the course, students have the opportunity to take a Cambridge Exam in-house. This means that EC offers their students the chance to take the exam in the school with teachers, who are officially certified by Cambridge to supervise the exam.
