Fernanda is a Brazilian student who graduated from EC this year. Here is her story:
Studying at EC
I had such a great time at EC. Through EC, I was able to make several friends from different countries. I learned about other cultures, I stayed with the best homestay family ever, and I improved my English a lot.
When I arrived in Vancouver, I couldn’t speak English very well, but my classes at EC helped me, and in three months I got excellent results. I’m glad to have met everyone and see how the staff who work at the school are attentive and look after the welfare of each student.
I really enjoyed this amazing experience, traveling by myself to another country, and EC made it easy and wonderful. I miss my friends (they were the best), my homestay (including Rocco – the dog); my teachers (especially Carla and Leon); my school, and everything about Vancouver. That city is awesome. I hope to come back soon.
Advice for Brazilian students
Open your mind and your heart, and enjoy it as much as you can. Everything will be amazing.
