The Next Big Event in Boston: Boston’s Pride Parade 2011
Boston’s Pride Parade is a celebration of gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender culture. It’s a lot of fun and very colorful! There is an event for anybody and everybody. Bring friends, family and children to enjoy live music and entertainment!
When? Saturday, June 11 – at City Hall Plaza, right in the heart of downtown Boston. It is strongly recommended that you take public transportation to the festival. Given the large amount of people present in the city for the day’s events, traffic will likely be highly congested and parking will be limited.
The top three locations to enjoy the Parade best are:
- Charles St. between Boylston & Beacon
- Berkeley St. between Tremont & Boylston
- Beacon St. between Charles & Tremont
