Listening skills are an integral part of learning any language. Students are often confused about how to improve their listening skills. TED talks are an excellent way to get started. TED talks started in 1984 as a conference focused on technology and design, and have rapidly grown since then. Today, TED talks are held in the U.S., Europe, and Asia. Each speaker is given a maximum of 18 minutes to present their idea in the most engaging way possible.
