VOLUNTEER WITH EC BOSTON!
Each year, EC Language Centers worldwide participate in a Day of Giving Back to the communities in which we live and work. This heartwarming initiative takes place in the month of April across all sixteen centers, from South Africa and Malta to Vancouver and Boston.
This year, staff and students from EC Boston will volunteer their time to the Salesian Boys and Girls’ Club in East Boston. They have been serving the youth of East Boston and the neighboring communities of Revere and Winthrop since 1945 by providing an after-school program during the school year and a day camp during the summer. We will spend four hours helping them clean winter away from their grounds on April 20. Equipped with rakes, gardening gloves, leaf bags, string trimmers, and shears we will prune, rake, blow and pick up leaves, leaving their property ready for summer activities.
The event runs 10:00 am – 2:00 pm. Join us! (Casual dress.)

Take the Blue Line Subway towards Wonderland. Get off at the Wood Island Station Stop. Walk about ten minutes (0.5 miles) to 150 Byron St OR take bus # 120 towards Orient Heights via Wood Island. Get off at Bennington Street @ Byron Street.
