On Tuesday, many EC students and staff feasted on many foods from all over the world! There was a great turnout and I was impressed the students who prepared such delicious food. We had lgeamatt, schnitzel, potato salad, Arabic coffee, baklava, ddukbokgi just to name a few!
Teacher Kristi came up with the great idea to have an international potluck and we decided to make it a peace potluck in light of the tragic events that recently took place in Boston. There was a great sense of community among the diverse group of students at EC Boston during the event. Student who were not able to bring food were welcome to donate to the One Fund Boston and join the event.
