There are many things to do in Boston and some are even helpful for the community! There are some activities where you can give back and to feel great about yourself at the same time! One idea is to volunteer at the Red Cross Food pantry. You can help assemble bags of groceries, distribute the groceries, and help customers fill out surveys. Another very unique job that many of you can do is translate for some clients that may not speak English. Another unique opportunity is the Friday Night Supper Program, Inc. You can help serve a hot meal to the hungry every Friday night. You are able to donate used clothes, also.
Another unique volunteering opportunity is to work at the Greater Boston Food Bank. You will be sorting, inspecting, and packing food for the people that need them.
