Seven Sisters is a series of chalk cliffs located a short bus ride away:
On a sunny day, there’s no better place to be. Take the 12, 12A, or 13 and ask the driver to stop at Seven Sisters country park. It’s a short walk along a downland path that follows the river. Once you reach the beach, you can either relax or take the path up the cliffs– stunning views await you:
It’s a perfect trip for a Sunday afternoon– blow away the cobwebs of your hangover with the breezy clifftop scenery! If you’re in Brighton but never see any of the Sussex countryside you are really missing out on the opportunity to see some of the best England has to offer. And with sunshine forecast for the weekend, there’s absolutely no excuse to take a little trip into the great outdoors!
