What's up? Busy week?
How are your courses going? Please share your opinions on our EC BRISTOL FACEBOOK PAGE.
GLAGLAGLA…the weather got very cold, the winter is here, the decorations in the street are up, ready for the people to stare at them, the German market in Cabot circus has opened its doors, offering a wide range of cakes, beers, hot wine and sausages. The weekend is the perfect time to enjoy it. Quarker Friars have set an ice rink up, as they do every year.
This weekend some of you will join the STRATFORD-UPON-AVON & BOURTON-ON-THE-WATER trip with our Activity Leader. You will discover the hometown of William Shakespeare and hopefully be as inspired by this charming city as Shakespeare was.
Write some notes about the trip and hand it into Sarah or Dan and they will correct it.
The atmosphere at the school is really lively: students playing guitar, others singing & chatting and teachers being funny. Wow EC Bristol ROCKS!!! Have a look below at our pictures.
Soon on our EC Bristol Facebook page, you will be able to see & listen to the students playing guitar and singing.
This week the Bridge Walk was a bit darker than the usual walk. Yes, the clocks went back and now at 5.00pm it's dark. But Clifton Suspension Bridge is always amazing. In the day time or at night, the bridge is always shining, beautiful and a great place to visit.
Did you know that at the moment in the Bristol Museum & Art Gallery there is an exhibition of the Wildlife Photographer of the year? The entry is free but there is a £2 recommended for donation. The Wildlife Photographer of the Year competition is an international showcase for the very best nature photography. The competition is run by two UK institutions: the Natural History Museum and BBC Worldwide.
So this weekend rush over to the museum, check out the photographs and enjoy!
Have an amazing weekend guys!!!
