On the 26th March 2011 is the annual Cambridge and Oxford Boat Race. The race dates back to 1829 when Cambridge challenged Oxford to a boat race and this tradition has continued ever since with the loser challenging the winner to a rematch every year. The race itself is held on the River Thames in London between Putney and Mortlake. Cambridge currently lead the by 80-75 and won the race in 2010. The race begins at 17:00 and if you need help with travel information, see Mike in the computer room.
This Sunday the 27th March, we have a limited number of tickets to see Brazil Vs Scotland. £56 gets you transfers to and from the Emirates Stadium and of course the match ticket. See Mike to book your place and hurry, as they are filling up fast.
This week we offer you the chance to go to not one, but two classic London musicals. These are Mama Mia and Grease. Mama Mia costs £46 and Grease £41. Both include, transport and of course the all important musical ticket. See Mike as soon as possible to book you r place.
This weekend we have two trips for you to enjoy. On Saturday we travel to Windsor and Castle. £33 includes admission to Windsor Castle. On Sunday we travel to Greenwich £20 See mike to book your place by Wednesday.

This Friday the 18th of March is Comic Relief, Red Nose Day. Comic relief are a charity organisation that encourage everyone, for one day a year, to do something funny for money! So in the spirit of this tradition, we are inviting all our students, staff and students to come to school in their pyjamas. Also we are having a cake sale in the Common Room! Please dig deep as this charity changes the lives of thousands of people in the UK and Africa. Have a great Friday and a great weekend!
