This week we sadly had to say goodbye to Dario And Alex who have been studying with us since August last year. They both have acted as Student Ambassadors for EC Cambridge and did a fantastic job of helping our new students every Monday morning, organising activities and attending our welcome events.
Both of them have been studying English on our Cambridge ESOL courses. Dario took and passed the CAE exam in December and has been studying this term for CPE which he took on Saturday. Alex started by studying General English and then moved to the FCE exam preparation course in January.
Alex has enjoyed being in Cambridge so much, that he extended his course twice and is now looking for a job here to get some experience in an English workplace as well as getting some more speaking practice.
Dario also extended his course by 10 weeks but sadly has had to return home to continue his life in Switzerland.
