What's on this week?

Sharing is caring!

After two weeks of silence on the blog… Here we are again!

First, I will introduce myself. My name is Merel Toornend, and for the next five months I will be giving you the updates from the EC Cape Town blog. I am doing my internship at EC Cape Town as part of my study in The Netherlands. I have been here now for two weeks, and I must say: the people are really friendly at EC, which helps me to adjust. I am very excited and really looking forward to explore EC and Cape Town!

I will be in charge of the activities in and around Cape Town, so every week I will post the What’s on Guide on the blog as well. If you want to book an activity, don’t hesitate to contact me at school or by email (mereltoornend@ecenglish.com)

The highlight of this week are two activities with teachers.

Wednesday, you can join teacher Mark for a soccer game from 16:00 till 17:00. This game will be against another school. Don’t forget to sign up so we can make a team!

To end the week in Capetonian style, there is a braai upcoming Friday. Join teacher Matthew and other EC students at 16:30. Make sure you bring some cash, because on the way to the beach you will buy some food to enjoy it together!

See you around soon!
