With only a month left to go of our China adventure, we headed off on a mammoth two-week tour around the country taking in Xi’an and the Terracotta Army…
Beijing and the Great Wall…
and finally Lijiang and the rather terrifying trek through Tiger Leaping Gorge!
It was an absolutely fantastic experience with the highlights for me being eating roast duck and pancakes in Beijing, climbing the Great Wall and tobogganing down (yes really!) and completing the three-day trek in one piece. Hopefully we’ll be able to come back one day and discover even more of this amazing country…
