Last Friday, a few of us ECLA girls went to The Penthouse for happy hour and had a delightful time sipping our cocktails as we kept our gazes on the Pacific Ocean. Not only did we enjoy each other’s company, we also enjoyed the absolutely affordable happy hour specials ($4 beers and $7 appetizers). It is definitely a must-see for anybody visiting Santa Monica, especially the lucky ECLA students and staff who need walk a short 3 minutes to get there.
